Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products (including custom-printed apparel) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
